NIRSAL Plc joined the conversation alongside key players in the economy to discuss how to actualise the Federal Government’s Economic Recovery and Growth Plan (ERGP) at the 23rd Nigerian Economic Summit holding in Abuja.
In line with NIRSAL Plc’s mandate, The MD participated in a breakout session that focused on Agriculture and Food security. He discussed ways of building the competitiveness of Nigeria’s Agribusiness with Agric value chain players and stakeholders.
Among the stakeholders was The Honourable Minister of Agriculture who tasked NIRSAL Plc to bring all the value chain actors together with the aim of solving the problems limiting access to finance by agribusinesses.
NIRSAL Plc’s involvement in the summit will facilitate stakeholders’ discussions on the practical issues, opportunities that are available, policies and regulations needed to make the Nigerian economy a success.
By the end of the summit NIRSAL Plc aims to have contributed significantly to working out smart strategies to address issues the that will create opportunities, provide employment and improve productivity.
